Job Description
Join a team of experienced consultants for AI-native full-stack software development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript and modern web technologies.
- Build backend services, REST APIs, integrations, and database-driven functionality.
- Work with PostgreSQL for database design, development, optimization, and data handling.
- Use Kafka or similar messaging technologies for event-driven solutions where required.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar.
- Apply AI tools to accelerate code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and debugging.
- Collaborate with technical and product stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and Agile delivery activities.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript.
- Solid full-stack development experience, including backend and frontend implementation.
- Experience building production-grade backend services and REST APIs.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
- Experience with Kafka or other event-driven/messaging technologies.
- Good understanding of scalable software architecture, integration patterns, and clean code principles.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript.
Nice to have
- Experience working in AI-native or AI-assisted software development environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, or event-driven architecture.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
- Experience working on prototypes, MVPs, or implementation projects.
- Previous consulting or customer-facing delivery experience.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or modern deployment environments.
